It is composed of a nice living room of 23 m², an open fully equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower, and you can enjoy a garden of about 30 m². Sheets and towels included, we are waiting for you! The accommodation is composed as follows: On the first floor: - A living room of 23 m² with TV, a sofa bed and a dining table - A kitchen equipped with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates... - Two shower room with Italian shower and toilet On the first floor: - Bedroom 1: One queen-size bed (160×200) - Room 2 : Two single beds that can be joined together to make a double bed - A bathroom with shower and toilet For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: high chair, washing machine, baby bed, plancha, dryer, ironing board and iron. Outside : - A beautiful enclosed garden of about 30 m² facing South - A terrace of about 7m² with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days Other remarks : - Sheets and towels included - Free Wifi available (fiber optic) - Animals are not allowed in the accommodation - The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors.
