Superb 40 m² apartment with balcony in the heart of the Krutenau district. Tastefully decorated, it is equipped for 2 people and is located on the 6th floor (with elevator). The apartment is located in a lively area close to the center. The apartment is composed as follows: - A cosy living room with sofa for 2 people, coffee table, TV, dining table with chairs. - A fully-equipped kitchen: fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kitchen utensils - Bright bedroom with double bed - Bathroom with shower, washbasin with mirror, heated towel rail - Separate WC. You can also enjoy a lovely terrace, accessible from the living room. Other remarks : - Bed linen and towels included - Free Wifi available - Pets are not allowed in the apartment On site, you'll be welcomed by the Cocoonr Strasbourg team, the agency specializing in "ready-to-live-in" rentals, who will be on hand throughout your stay to help you make the most of it. Access to accommodation is from 4pm. Keys can be collected from a key dispenser in a launderette about 3 minutes' walk from the accommodation. ATTENTION: This launderette closes at 8pm, so check-in will not be possible after 8pm. Check-out is by 11am at the latest.

The apartment is located in the Krutenau district. The bars and restaurants here are very much in tune with the times, and the trendy galleries and boutiques have made this warm, village-like area one of Strasbourg's liveliest and friendliest. Highlights include the Bains municipaux and the Zurichois fountain... Transportation : - Parking available on the street (but very expensive) or in a secure parking lot less than a 4-minute walk away (20e/24h). - Easily accessible, 6 min walk from the "Porte de l'hôpital" streetcar stop 15 min by public transport from the central station and 6 min walk from the bus station (main national and international buses) - Close to university campus (12 min walk)
