The position is very perfect, I can walk to those main positions in 15 minutes. To be honest thanks to this flat makes me spend a perfect time in Pairs! The room is small and beautiful, with complete facilities, comfortable bedding, and neat and clean layout. It can be seen that the owner is a very tasteful and emotional person. The Paris Opera House, the Louvre, the Tuileries Garden, and the Concorde Terry are close. If possible, I will choose to live here next time I come to Paris. The experience is really great! The owner is also very nice, if you see this home in rentable condition please don't hesitate to choose it now!

Beautiful and well-equipped apartment. Had everything we need! Excellent location to all the places we had wanted to visit and eat at. Basically we walked all over Paris from this location. Around 30mins walk to The Basilica of Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre, less than 10mins to The Louvre. We managed to cook a few times & there are many Carrefour Express/City, Mini Marts nearby. Our Host/Owner, Jerome was most accommodating and kind. Genuinely friendly and shared with us the places to eat at and should visit during our 4 nights in Paris. Needless to say, we had wonderful memories to bring home....even with the protesters & strike by rubbish collectors during our stay!

The best location one can imagine in Paris! Walking distance to main attractions, metro station Opera (with few key lines) is just 3 min walk. Safe, clean area of the city. 24h convenience store at the ground floor - to buy fruits, water, cheese, etc. The studio is done with a great taste for interior design, materials, space planning and attention to details. Furniture and appliances of a high quality. The building itself, entrance lobby, lifts, stairs - spacious and clean with a concierge present at day time. The mattress is very comfortable. The mezzanine floor has a little window to the courtyard that provides fresh air to the bed level so there's natural ventilation to the sleeping place (I like sleeping with open window).

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was beautifully furnished and located in a very nice, central area steps from Place Vendome. We originally had not realized that a security deposit (1000 eur) was required. We found out after checking in which created some stress for us. The host was kind enough to come meet us and discuss, and eventually we came to an understanding and our issue was rectified. The apartment is very cozy and we would definitely recommend it, and would love to return to stay again.
