The 4-star country villa (Meublé de tourisme 2019) has been extensively refurbished and renovated in recent years. A geothermal system supplies the house with geothermal heat and hot water. The holiday home is in a secluded location on a 1.2 hectare property with many trees. The typically Provençal village of Saint-Martin-de-Castillon is within walking distance (300 m). The swimming pool (4.5x13m) is slightly offset on a plateau below the holiday home. Due to the hillside location, the house is not suitable for families with small children (below the age of 3). Pets are not allowed. In the spring of 2016, the villa was expanded to include 2 additional bedrooms (including shower rooms). This resulted in an integrated winter garden (terrace) with 30 square meters of living space, which can also be heated by a stove (pellets). With an occupancy of up to 4 adults, or 2 adults with 3 children, the villa can also be used without an extension at the basic price. ATTENTION: In this case, the use is limited to 2 bedrooms (incl. mezzanine) - additional bedrooms in the annex can be rented.

The Lubéron is in the heart of Provence. Despite the immediate proximity to well-known places such as Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste and Roussillon, the Grand Lubéron is a little less developed for tourism, but it offers more Provencal originality and plenty of opportunity for hiking, cycling and exploring.
