Located on the 3ᵉ floor, with a surface area of 41 m² and able to accommodate up to 4 travellers, it consists of a living room, a fitted kitchen, a bedroom and a shower room. 4* hotel-quality linen is provided, with beds made up on arrival. We're waiting for you! Please note that this accommodation is only available for medium-term stays (30 nights minimum). The accommodation comprises - Living area with double sofa bed, armchair, coffee table and TV - A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, toaster, hob, fridge, microwave oven, etc. - A dining area - One bedroom with queen-size bed (160x200) - A shower room with walk-in shower and WC For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: coffee machine, hairdryer, washing machine, etc. Other remarks : - This flat is equipped with wifi connection - Pets are not allowed in the flat - Cleaning is included in your stay - All requests for arrival or departure outside the times indicated are subject to the availability of the person in charge of reception. A flat-rate supplement may be requested - Quality sheets, towels, carpets and tea towels are provided and the bed will be made on your arrival. - To get your stay off to a good start, we offer you a few Nespresso coffee pods and tea, herbal tea and sugar sachets. - Utilities are included in the rental price (water, electricity, internet). The flat is ideally located in Nantes, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc. Neighbourhood and activities : - Several shops are available: grocery, bakery, wine shop, restaurants... - Located close to the superb Parc de Procé, you can enjoy the hundred-year-old trees and the lovely river that runs through the park, the Chézine. - And if you feel like it, there's a beauty salon with a hammam just down the road... - You can also discover Nantes' main monuments: the Château des Ducs de Bretagne, the Cathedral, the Passage Pommeraye, the Place Royale and Place Graslin, etc. Transport : If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the nearby public pay car park.
