In the heart of the pedestrian village of Arc 1950, warm mountain apartment rated 5 Paradiski crystals on the 2nd floor of a 5* residence. Terrace with view of the village and Mt Blanc. A bedroom with a 160 double bed and its adjoining bathroom + WC, a bedroom with 2 single beds, separate shower room. Separate WC. Ideal for 4 people, the bright living room can accommodate 2 more people with its convertible sofa. The American kitchen is fully equipped: hob, dishwasher, oven, toaster, coffee maker, Nespresso machine... THE MOST of this apartment: beds made on arrival and towels included, toiletries and cleaning kits provided, end-of-stay cleaning included (except kitchen), heated ski locker, free access to sauna, hammam and jacuzzi outside, shared laundry (washing machine and dryer). Service Station: reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, paid covered car park, Espace Deep Nature Spa (additional charge), many free or additional activities are offered each week in the village to entertain young and old alike (program available on the Arc1950 website). Ideally located near shops, nursery, ski schools, spa, bar and restaurants, this is the dream ski-in ski-out apartment for families
Having stayed in many parts of the Alps for our holidays, we decided to buy this apartment after spending time in the resort with our children. We fell in love with this place which offers many activities for children and adults. Its many activities, often free, allow families to spend a dream vacation and really relax and get a change of scenery. The direct proximity of the mountain, its lakes, its fauna and flora are a real way to recharge your batteries. The possibility of participating in sports activities supervised by instructors departing directly from the village, is a plus for the resort. We were looking for a place to have fun with the family, between the village-club and the classic rental and it was in Arc 1950 that we found this unique concept. We wish all our tenants a good stay and hope that you will enjoy this magnificent region as much as we do.
The village is a paradise in both summer and winter. Our apartment with its view of Mont Blanc is really very pleasant. In summer you can enjoy the great outdoors, hiking, downhill mountain biking, electric scooters, rafting, heritage tours. Then relax after a sporting day in the residence's wellness area and finally eat a good Savoyard dish in the resort's many restaurants. Don't hesitate to take the car and drive a few kilometers to discover other routes in the area. And of course, in winter it's skiing, sledding, snowshoeing or skiing... The big advantage of our accommodation is of course ski-in/ski-out. You can put on your skis in front of the entrance to the residence and go directly to the slopes. The ski locker will allow you to store your equipment as soon as you arrive in the residence. The entrance to the residence is right next to the bakery and the supermarket. And to finish, the village is completely car-free and offers great safety for children. Service Station: reception 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, paid covered car park, Espace Deep Nature Spa (surcharge).
