I had the chance to travel to the four corners of the world, especially thanks to Airbnb, which made me realize the extraordinary charm of the city of Vannes and the Morbihan region. Welcome to our holiday apartment! This is a dream accommodation for your holidays with friends or family. This is a very cozy one-bedroom apartment of 36m2, completely renovated, in the beautiful closed and secure residence of ROYAL PARK, 300m from the beach of LA BAULE. Stunning residence with its 4 HA park, its century-old trees, its 2 large swimming pools, including one heated. INTERIOR: *Parquet flooring apartment on the 3rd floor accessible with private lift from the basement to access your private parking lot. *Entrance with cupboard, living room with sofa bed, 1 TV screen, high-speed WIFI *Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, dishwasher *Bathroom with walk-in shower “Italian-style” *Bedroom with wardrobe, 1 TV screen, 2 single beds, independant WC EXTERIOR: *Beautiful terrace of 15m2 with South/West exposure, view of the park and the swimming pools, with table, chairs, and sunbeds. *2 swimming pools, paddling pool, solarium with deckchairs, and games for children. *100M = pharmacy, grocery store, doctor's office. *300M = the beach and its many children's clubs. *500M = horse riding centre. We would be delighted to welcome you at our place and provide any advice on the best things to do and places to visit so you can make the most out of your stay. Please note that we have the following options available at extra cost: 1) Bed linen rental with towels: 55EUR / pack (To be paid on the spot) 2) Cleaning service at check-out: 40EUR / stay (To be paid on the spot) You can choose to bring your own bed sheets, towels or handle the cleaning. You have the responsibility to handle the cleaning at the end of your stay if you do not wish to use our service. However, we will deduct the fees (40E) via the booking website if the cleaning is not done at check-out.
