Welcome to our beautiful flat located in the Résid Azur residence, a secure area with a private parking space and communal swimming pools. This bright and functional flat of 28 m² is located 600m from the first beaches, and close to the centre of Notre Dame de Monts, it will be perfect for a family stay by the sea. The apartment is located in a tourist residence and is surrounded by other apartments. As a result, the terrace and passageway are overlooked, which can be quite a problem in summer. It is equipped with a living room, with a fitted kitchenette, with a swimming pool, with a terrace and with a parking lot. Bed and bath linen is not included in the price of the reservation. However, we do offer hotel quality linen for hire. (Subject to availability) THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF: 🔹A bright living room with bay windows: television, sofa bed convertible into a double bed giving onto the pretty terrace and a dining area with a table and 4 chairs 🔹A kitchenette open to the living room (microwave, oven, Dolce Gusto coffee machine, kettle, induction plate) 🔹A bedroom with a double bed, bedside table and lamp as well as a television on the wall 🔹A bathroom with a shower, washbasin, storage unit (+ hairdryer) 🔹A laundry room with washing machine and clothes line OUTSIDE: 🔹 A beautiful terrace with view on the pools with a table and chairs, a parasol, and 2 chiliennes Please note: the swimming pool is open from May to September at the following times: 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Please note that it is only heated from June to September.
