This 53 m² flat will be ideal for a stay in couple or between friends on the Atlantic coast - Ideal location - Bright - Autonomous arrival - Wifi, washing machine, dishwasher - Cleaning included at your departure Bed and bath linen is not included in the price of the reservation. However, we offer hotel quality linen for rent.(Subject to availability) THIS ACCOMMODATION CONSISTS OF: 🔹A beautiful living room composed of a lounge area with sofa, armchair and television, as well as a dining area for 4 people. 🔹A fully equipped closed kitchen (fridge, gas hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle and all the necessary kitchen equipment). 🔹A large bedroom with a double bed, tables and bedside lamps 🔹A shower room with a shower, basin, hairdryer and washing machine 🔹A separate toilet OUTSIDE: 🔹A garden common to all the residents of the building, you can leave a bike there. 🚗 Parking is possible and free in the streets adjacent to the housing.
