The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant. The beds were very comfortable, and there was no need to ask for extra pillows — they were already there. Generous continental breakfast. Large free secure parking lot behind the hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, especially considering the very reasonable price.

The apartments are spacious and clean with all the necessary facilities to make one's stay comfortable. It is situated in a suburb of a Paris. The location is clean, peaceful, and quiet. It's appropriate for retirees and those who need a quiet place to read or write. It's not a place for tourists. We had to go to Paris after one night. The manager approved the refund of the remaining three days of our proposed stay.

Dinner in the restaurant was very good too. I had asked for quiet rooms, and they had tried to accommodate this. But the hotel is on a busy road, unsurprisingly for Poissy I suppose, so they gave us a room with windows that didn’t open. The air con was good though so it was ok, and the hotel staff did their best.

All facilities were spotless. Only the included breakfast could use an uplift. Very few options and were subject to availability. It didn't look like they restocked when it was consumed. Would still recommend the hotel and I'd definitely visit again.
