This nicely renovated 30m² studio offers you a bright living room opening onto a large balcony with a view of the ski area as well as the surrounding mountains. The living room has a BZ 140 convertible sofa, a television and a dining area. The recent kitchen is fully equipped with: toaster, filter coffee maker, kettle, pressure cooker, Magimix food processor, 4-burner ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator. You will find in the entrance hallway, an alcove with two bunk beds (90x190) as well as a bathroom with toilet. Pets not accepted. Access to the central terrace of the Esplanade du Valentin will be prohibited (covered parking works). Access to residence entrances and businesses is possible thanks to a traffic lane.
