New duplex apartment with mountain and lake views located in the heart of Talloires village. It comprises 2 double bedrooms (each with a double bed, 1 extra bed and a crib), a mezzanine with a pull-out sofa bed (sleeps 2) and 1 desk, 2 bathrooms (shower and bath), 2 toilets, a living room, a kitchen-dining room and a large terrace. The Talloires lake and beach are within walking distance (10 minutes), as are the bakery and grocery store. (4 minutes)
