It's a spacious, clean suite space on a second floor with your own kitchen and full bathroom. TV is in the bedroom. You will have fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. Linens and towels are included. Free WIFI. Free Parking all around the square. Coffee machine with variety coffee pods. Apartment is basically designated for tourists, hikers, bikers, mountain climbers, swimmers. fishers, and transit travelers. We do not accept bicyclists anymore. Also, if you arrive by motorbike please let me know either, so I will do all my best to find a safe place for your motorcycle. The are many fabulous places to visit here around. And the weather is almost allways beautiful here. Please do not bring your own electrical appliances such as heater, air conditioner, refrigerator, fan. Please plan your trip so that you could check in no earlier than 16 h and leave no later than 11 am. The time between these hours we need to clean and disinfect the property. I do not serve and do not provide the food, so if you arrive Sunday, please grab a couple of sandwiches for your supper and your next day breakfast. If you travel in bigger group (4 or maximum 6 person), please make an inquiry before booking, there are more units in the house so I can adjust a better price for your group if those other units are still available at that time. All nights are very quiet. But the day is full of life and friendly Catalan locals. There are two bars-restaurants nearby, and a local grocery store. On Tuesdays and Thursdays there is a local fruit and vegetable market. Public transport is very reliable. The bus to Perpignan and back (for 1 Euro) is every 2-3 hours. The studio is well located between the mountains and the Mediterranean Sea. The Pic du Canigou is 29 minutes away by car. Many hiking trails around for beginners and more experienced hikers. The Mediterranean sea and all the beautiful seaside resorts Collioure, Argelès, the beaches of Banyuls are about 40 minutes away by car. Font-Romeu ski resort is in the opposite direction about an hour by car. Andorra and Barcelona are about 2h30 by car. The hot springs and mineral spas are about 15-40 mins drive away.
