Ideally located in the secure Malibu Village residence, you'll enjoy a verdant 12-hectare setting just a 20-minute walk from the beach (5 minutes by car). On-site access PAID NOT INCLUDED (10e/day/adult and 8e/day/children-12 years or reduced weekly rate from Saturday to Saturday only, information at reception) 3 swimming pools (accessible less than 100m away), paddling pool, 2 tennis courts, squash, beach volleyball. Free access to playgrounds, pétanque, restaurant, bar and snack bar (open only in summer). Nearby shops and restaurants, bus stops (Perpignan or beach) and cycle/pedestrian paths. Completely renovated 30m2 ground-floor apartment comprising : entrance, cupboard, shower room, separate WC, one bedroom (new bedding) with dressing cupboard, fully fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto the living room (new sofa with comfortable memory foam mattress topper, HD android TV (access to your favorite applications), Bluetooth DVD player, 300Mb fiber internet access). A terrace with furniture overlooking a vast shared garden. All basic necessities are provided on site. Bed linen, towels and kitchen linen are included (beach/pool towels not provided). Cleaning is included, but please leave the apartment tidy. We've done everything to make your stay as relaxing as possible, so you won't want for anything.
We love to entertain and make you feel at home. We make sure you have everything you need. We are available throughout your stay if you need us. We live about 20 kilometers from the accommodation.
Free parking is available at the foot of the building (except for camper vans). Bicycle parking is also available.
