Discover a cozy apartment in the heart of Sancerre in a townhouse. Ideal for 2 people, it can accommodate up to 4 people. Fully renovated and equipped, it will allow you to spend a pleasant and comfortable stay. It has a fully equipped kitchen, a bedroom with shower room and a sofa bed in the living room. A free parking is available at 100m from the accommodation, you will be at a few minutes walk from the different shops and restaurants of Piton. The first necessities are available to you. (Oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, krups Dolce gusto coffee maker, tea, herbal teas ...) The main room has a bed of 140/200. The sofa bed in the lounge area, a mattress of 140/200. The bed linen as well as the bath sheets will be provided to you. You will have private access to the entire apartment in a private way.. Only the terrace is accessible to the whole residence which includes two other apartments.

Nice neighborhood with a breathtaking view of the Sancerre vineyards from the ramparts. The free parking nearby is a major asset in our picturesque village. You will be able to park in front of the house while you leave your luggage.
