The location, facilities, and host were superb. It was less than a 5 minute walk to the nearest metro and walkable to the Louvre. There is a great mix of higher and low end restaurants nearby the hotel, which we rather enjoyed. Although the stay is delightful the host Loïc was the highlight of our stay. He gave us a warm and personal welcome by showing us around the apartment. When we asked for some suggestions for activities and restaurants, Loïc did some research, and sent us quite a few in depth suggestions recommendations. We were two younger women by ourselves and felt very safe in the apartment and neighborhood. I would absolutely stay there again!

A beautiful little flat in a perfect location. Absolutely worth the price and very convenient. The kitchen has a fridge, a microwave, a coffee pod machine, and a sufficient amount of cookware and cutlery.

Everything was great - from the easy self check in to easy self check out:). It’s cutest little studio in the heart of Paris. Walking distance to Louvre - 15 min, grand opera - 5 min. The studio is small, but there is absolutely everything in it and you don’t feel that it just bed and a few more cm)). Comfortable bed. Well equipped kitchen. the window is facing Chanel office:). Green line 12 is 2 min away. Easy connection with Porte de Maillot (bus transfer to Beauvais airport). Close by IKEA city (cheap coffee and hot dogs). Host is amazing, we receive the answers for all our questions immediately. 2 sets of keys, which was really useful. Big bottle of water complimentary.

Beautiful apartment, very close to the center, practically in the center of Paris! You can see most of the monuments and must see places by walking on your feet so that’s a big plus. The apartment is quite small but well furnished,it has it’s own parisian vibe!! I visitied the apartment with 2 friends and it was really comfortable. Big plus for coffee and Netflix, and the lamp in the shape of a dog’s head - I loved it. The owner is super nice, really helpful!! He really helped us when our plane was cancelled,again- thank you so much!! we certainly come back to this apartment I am adding a picture of the view from the apartment.
