Beautiful bright apartment at 1 minute walk from the shopping center and only 2 minutes from the metro line 7 and the T3 tramway. Recent renovation composed of a surface of 42 square meters with bedroom and living room. It is located on the 16th floor of a large building with 2 code doors and a guard on duty 24/24, 4 elevators. Suitable for 5 people, living room with a new double sofa bed and a comfortable standard single bed, bedroom with a double bed and a wardrobe. This apartment has a washing machine, kitchen and microwave.
The apartment is located in the 13th district of Paris on the Left Bank of the Seine, near a Latin quarter (5th district). It is an Asian district with various Asian restaurants, bubble tea, pastry shop... A shopping center is located at the exit of the apartment with a large supermarket, pharmacy, bakery, Marionnaud etc. It is 2 minutes walk from line 7 of the Porte d'Ivry metro which directly serves the Louvre, the Paris Opera but also 8 minutes walk from Olympiades, line 14 of the fastest unmanned metro in Paris which takes you to the Bibliothèque FR. Mitterrand, Gare de Lyon and Galeries Lafayette. The metro can take you quickly everywhere you want to go~! The tramway T3 Porte d'Ivry is a 2 minute walk away and will take you to the Porte de Versailles Exhibition in 15 minutes, or quickly transfer to the RER B directly to the C.D.G. airport.
