Apartment La Voûte is a beautiful ground floor, savoyard style, two bedroom apartment, which sleeps up to five people. It is located in the quiet village of Chandon which is less than five minutes by the free bus service to the Méribel lift system! You can also ski back to the apartment when the snow is good! Meribel is the closest ski resort (not Val Thorens as suggested by booking dot com but you can access the whole of the 3 valleys all by ski lift. The apartment is great for a group of friends or a family. It is beautifully furnished and equipped with heated floors throughout, controlled room by room too warm those toes after a day of skiing. The bathroom has a powerful shower to help you unwind. The living area comprises a lounge, diner and kitchen. It has comfortable sofas, a dinning table and all the mod cons including stereo system with CD player and blue tooth connection so you can relax and listen to your favourite tunes and a flat screen HD TV with freesat UK TV and Google Chrome so you can watch your favourite TV programmes and movies. The kitchen area is well equipped with fridge freezer, induction hob, fan oven, microwave and dishwasher, and Dualit toaster and kettle. Free WIFI is throughout the apartment. Bedroom 1 sleeps 2 adults in a double bed. Bedroom 2 sleeps 2 adults or 3 children in a small double and a single bed.

Hi, I'm Dan and love skiing, cycling and mountain biking. My wife Victoria and I own Apartment La Voute in Chandon, near Meribel. Apologies, but we only speak English! I'm a professional engineer and have worked in the marine industry since graduating from University in 1998. Meribel lies in the Les Allues Valley at the heart of the 3 Valleys, the world's biggest ski area and comprises four main centres: Les Allues at 1100m; Meribel Village at 1400m; Meribel starting at 1450m; and Meribel-Mottaret starting at 1700m. Each centre has it's own unique charm. Together they form one of the most popular destinations for British skiers. Chandon where Apartment La Voute is located is less than five minutes by the free bus service to the Méribel lift system. The resort's perennial popularity is due not only to its extensive skiing, but also to the attractive chalet-style architecture. Unlike many purpose-built ski resort Meribel has retained its Alpine charm and the four main centres consists entirely of chalet-style wood and stone buildings. Meribel is the largest of the villages and is home to the main shopping area, the Olympic centre with its gym, ice-rink, bowling alley, swimming pool, climbing wall, and the greatest selection of brilliant aprés ski bars for excellent night life and wonderful restaurants serving some of the best traditional Savoyard food in the area.
