This beautifully furnished duplex apartment is located in a recently built chalet apartment complex called Les Refuge des Outalays built in the Chinaillon/Grand Bornand resort. The apartment is just across the road from the Outalays piste! This piste leads down to the new high speed Charmieux chair lift (ex Gettiers) which is also where kid's area is located as well as where the main ESF lessons depart. The main street with all of the shops and restaurant, is only a short 10 min walk away. The free ski bus service runs on the main road a little below the apartment. This 76m² apartment (including a 20m² mezzanine) has 3 spacious bedroom: 1 double with ensuite shower & basin, another twin room & then the bedroom on the mezzanine with 3 single beds. There is a bathroom, another one with a shower and a separate toilet. The living area is open plan with the kitchen leading into the dining room and lounge. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, a dishwasher, combi washer & dryer, large fridge & has all the necessary cutlery, glasses etc for 8 people+ with a nice sized dining table. The lounge is comfortable and has large bay windows that open out onto a nice balcony, which offers commanding views onto the surrounding mountains. There is a flat screen television with French terrestrial TV and a DVD player. Sheets and towels are provided for each let. Cots and high chairs are available on request. This apartment is ideally positioned at the Refuges des Outalays, a small complex of buildings located less than 50m from the ski slopes with ideal access to the Charmieux chairlift (one of the main meeting places of the ESF / kindergarten) and about 20 minutes walk from the main shopping street in the village of Chinaillon. With its two bedrooms and its mezzanine, this apartment can accommodate up to seven people. The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds, the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed with shower room. Upstairs, a beautiful 20m2 mezzanine can accommodate three beds (three single beds). A bathroom and a separate toilet is located in the entrance hall. The kitchen open to the dining room and the living room is fully equipped (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, ceramic hob, etc.) and functional. The dining room is spacious and gives access to the balcony, from where you can enjoy a lovely view of the mountains. Outdoor furniture is available to you. In a cozy and warm atmosphere you will be able to enjoy your time of rest in the living room. The household linen (sheets and towels) is included in our prices, the beds will be made on your arrival.
