Location! It is a very good home-base to and from the places we wanted to go. Metro is less than 5 mins away. The general location of the property is in a tourist area, but this property is situated on the "local" part of the area and it doesnt feel touristy at all, and many locals patronized the cafes during after-hours. Bonus: There are 2 bakeries nearby and both have the best pastries.
