The host has a very well stocked pantry, and bathroom supplies. It was very central and close to all amenities. The bed was very comfortable and a generous amount of linen was supplied. The hot water was great and water pressure strong.

We absolutely loved our stay in this cute little apartment. The view from the windows was a nice view down both blocks of this lovely neighborhood. The apartment was roomy enough for us (middle aged couple). Nice that the kitchen is in another room where the door is. Plenty of kitchen items, Pans, plates, cups and silver. They have a Nespresso machine with the small caps. Wood floors, clean bathroom...Nice.

The apartment is in a perfect location, in the Marais neighbourhood (my favourite area in Paris) and only a couple of minutes walk from the Seine. It is a very nice, bright and surprisingly spacious one-room apartment (even if the fold-away bed would be replaced with a regular, full-sized bed, there would still be more than enough room), with all the amenities necessary. The building gives the stay this authentic Parisian feeling (for example, I liked the look of the old, narrow staircase). The communication with the host was great and effortless. The handing over of the keys was very simple. Definitely a place that I would gladly stay at again.

Posizione perfetta, vicino a più linee della metro, ogni genere di negozio alimentare a disposizione. Conosco bene il quartiere che frequento da circa 20 anni, una delle posizioni migliori. Appartamento molto grande per gli standard parigini. Ben tenuto. Elettrodomestici nuovi. Anche se io ho sempre mangiato fuori ed ho utilizzato solo il bollitore. Appartamento non adatto a chi ha problemi con le scale. La scala, bellissima e ben tenuta, è ripida e a semichiocciola. La strada, servita da alcune linee di autobus non è troppo rumorosa e gli infissi lasciano fuori ogni rumore. Spero di poterci tornare in uno dei miei prossimi viaggi. Pierre, che purtroppo non abbiamo conosciuto di persona, ci ha fatto trovare della frutta e dell'acqua come benvenuto, un gesto molto gentile. Ottima connessione ad internet, dovendo lavorare per un giorno è stata utilissima. Vivamente consigliato.
