    Amazing place in the town centre. It was silent and peaceful at night, we really appreciated the air-conditioning system in the whole house. It is closed to the beach, shops and restaurants.

New duplex apartment design and cosy, with air conditioning, completely renovated on May 2018, terrasse without vis-a-vis, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 toilette, flat screenTV, wifi, Airplay woofer loudspeaker, safe-deposit box, fully equiped kitchen, all linens for bedrooms and bathrooms included...
Fantastic location 500 m by walking distance from "Palais des festivals", city center with historic and luxury palaces with shopping and beaches of the Coast Riviera. You are in center of city with all access, 20 meters from restaurants and bars, marina and beaches. Car park close to the apartment During your winter stay, you could also combinated a ski day, on South Alpes, 1 hour and a half from Cannes to Auron or Isola 2000 ski stations.
The apartment is located in the authentic and historic city center, with marina, "Palais des Festivals" and luxury shopping. Restaurants, bars and nightlife are 2 minutes by walking distance access too... so close to all amenities while keeping a quiet location ! Public parking from 50 mts.
