Excellent location --- The apartment is just a 2-3 minute walk (350 meters) from the charming Sandá river pathway, Sandagerð beach, and the boat marina in Argir. Furthermore, it is a only 10-15 minute walk (around 1.4 kilometer) from the city center of Tórshavn, Vágsbotn marina, and the historic old town of Reyni next to the beautiful government buildings at Tinganes. This place offers the perfect base for relaxation after a day of exploring the surrounding areas and the Faroe Islands. --- The apartment features a private entrance. It is on the 2nd floor fully furnished with 2 separate bedrooms, bathroom with shower, a well equipped kitchen, corridor and a living room. Bedroom 1 has a double size bed 140 x 200 cm, and Bedroom 2 also has a double size bed 140 x 200 cm. Fresh bed linen, towels, shower gel, shampoo, and hairdryer are provided. There is a laundry room in the building with a washing machine (including soap) and a tumble dryer, available for you to use free of charge. In the back yard, there is a bench where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings" There is a free car parking area located just 40 meters away from the apartment. The apartment offers reliable high-speed WiFi and is equipped with a smart TV providing access to 36 cable channels. Additionally, you can enjoy complimentary streaming services including Netflix, Disney+, HBOMax, Viaplay, and Prime Video, all free of charge. Furthermore, the apartment provides a complimentary iPad that you can freely use during your stay. Additionally, binoculars are also provided in the apartment, which you are welcome to use when exploring the Faroe Islands
I live in another apartment in the same building and work at my office which is in the same house as well. While I am conveniently accessible and nearby if you need me, I also allow you to have your privacy.
Residential area close to the beach, marina and city centre. The apartment is located within walking distance to the main attractions and excellent restaurants and cafés in Tórshavn. The location of the apartment is just perfect for those paying Faroe Islands a holiday visit or weekend break.
