Our place is a privately owned spacious apartment equipped with pretty much everything you need for shorter and longer stays too (on request, please inquire). You don’t rate your accommodation experience in a resort or a hotel by comparing it with your experience in a camping site; expectations, and standards for ratings are simply very different. The same applies to apartments, please compare apartments with other apartments, do not compare accommodation experience in apartment type of accommodation with experience you may have from your stay in Burj Al Arab or some other luxury hotel. If you are used to luxury resorts and top-notch hotels and their fancy services and expect that reception counter is available 24/7, please don't book us, we are not in that case the right place for you. Our place is a top-class apartment, not a hotel :) You will stay in a cosy, spacious 57m2 5th floor apartment; 1 bedroom + living room + kitchen in downtown Rauma, a few minutes walk to Old Rauma. There is a king-siz double bed in bedroom, and 1 single bed and very comfortable sofa bed with extra mattress in living room. We have these streaming services available: Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, HBO Max. Superb 400Mbit low latency internet, perfect for remote workers. Office equipment: 24" monitor (w/HDMI cable) and keyboard and mouse available. Please note the number and types of beds we have. If you made booking for 4 persons we suppose that 2 persons are sleeping in king-size bed, one in single bed, and one in sofa bed. Extra bed available on request with additional charge (will be paid directly to us by Paypal, cash or bank transfer), meaning we can accommodate 4 to 5 persons. The building has its' own parking area for cars in backyard of building. You need parking permit card, you will get it from us once you check-in. Our part of building is very quiet and peaceful and you have good privacy there.

The location is next to the Rauma Central park (Keskuspuisto). Restaurants, shops, and the Old Rauma area are all within walking distance. There is a hairdresser, body treatment service shop, beauty and makeup services, kebab & pizza restaurant, and sports bar with pool table all in the same building (these are not provided and not run/managed by us).
