Enjoy a stylish accommodation experience at this centrally located property. In case of summer heat, the apartment has automatic cooling of the supply air. Underfloor heating provides pleasant warmth. It's nice to enjoy the outdoors on the large glazed balcony. The sofa in the living room can be used as an extra bed for one person if needed. ABC and Lidl serve right next door. All city center services, the travel center, the Seamk campus area and the popular Rytmikorjaamo are a short walk away! You can drive your car free of charge to the carport in the courtyard (this must be arranged in advance) or to the housing company's guest parking space.
