The 70 m² property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine. This vacation home boasts a private outdoor area with a furnished open terrace, a balcony and a barbecue. Moreover, there is an outdoor kitchen. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking and celebrating events are not allowed. Air conditioning is not available. This property features energy-saving lighting. Guests should be aware that it is advisable to bring their own groceries as there is only a minimal grocery service in the village (soft drinks and processed food). This property has one floor but with different levels, with an internal staircase as well as 5 big steps to access the entrance. The owners can provide a basket of seasonal organic products for an additional cost and special dietary products (sugar free, gluten free, vegan etc.). Local products such as honey, fig bread, dried figs, dried fruits, wholemeal bread with sourdough, goat and sheep cheeses, local wines... all organic and natural can be provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
