Attractive and newly renovated finca in Galilea; Tramuntana Mountains with space for 8 people. - 250 m² living space - pool - Table tennis table - modern fitted kitchen with icemaker and gas field - Gas grill / BBQ - 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms - Nespresso machine - WiFi incl. - Smart TV - bluetooth box - own orange, lemon, olive trees - garage - 30 min. To Palma airport - 30 min. To the beach - numerous hiking and biking trails - in the middle of the world cultural heritage Tramuntana Mountains Surrounded by the mountains of the Sierra de Tramuntana, which has been declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO since 2013, the extremely attractive and newly renovated finca is located in the picturesque village of Galilea. Here you will find peace and relaxation on 250 m² of living space and over 2,000 m² of land. With a wide open view over the mountains you can see the Mediterranean Sea in the distance while having your first coffee in the morning. It is only a 30-minute drive from Palma di Mallorca Airport to this oasis. The finca is spread over 2 floors with 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, an open living concept, a private swimming pool as well as a barbecue and garden area. The gardeners come once a week to clean the garden and the pool.
The beautiful village of Galilea is located in the northwest of the capital Palma di Mallorca. The 30-minute drive takes you through the breathtaking Tamuntana Mountains, which have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2013. The winding roads are nevertheless well developed and lead past almond, orange and olive trees through thick pine forests. With a chance you will meet some wild goats on your way. The area is ideal for hikers and cyclists. Here you will find estates and buildings from the time 1000 BC and also from Roman times. It seems the clocks in Galilea are standing still. Even in the high season everyone can find peace, relaxation and recreation here, because there are no hotels here. There are 2 bars / restaurants around the small church, one street below you will find a fabulous Italian whose pizza is praised by many guests as the best in Mallorca. You live here at 460 m above sea level. Thus, the climate in summer is very pleasant and largely mosquito-free. The nearest supermarket can be found in Puigpuyent, 4 km away. There are also several restaurants, a pharmacy, a bank, a bakery and the supermarket to provide you with basic groceries.
