What makes it unique is the tranquility that is breathed inside the house and peace away from all the noises of the city but one step away from everything most important in Valencia
I will be very excited to meet people from everywhere and I will always recommend the best places to visit and also the best gastronomy at the best price, along with its fantastic beaches and leisure sites.
In the neighborhood of Patraix a quiet neighborhood and a step away from the historic center of Valencia are bus stops and the metro that can move anywhere in the city, also the neighborhood has supermarkets, pharmacies, grocery stores, clothing, tobacconists, restoration to buy tickets for the bus / metro is a very consolidated neighborhood and with everything you may need
