We use this south facing property as our second home and have refurbished it and equipped it to a high standard with modern amenities to make it comfortable for both short and long stays . The communal pool is 150 meters from the property. Car parking is in the road outside the property. On the first floor are the master bedroom which has a king size bed and a south facing sun terrace with 2 reclining chairs, the second bedroom which has 2 single beds and the bathroom which has a walk in shower, toilet and vanity unit. The lounge, dining area and kitchen are on the ground floor with the second bathroom which has a toilet and vanity unit. There is large south facing terrace off the lounge with an outside dining area and gas BBQ and a separate sunny patio area with seating. There is a dining area off the kitchen with a table and seating for 4. The kitchen provides an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and a large fridge freezer. There is air conditioning to the master bedroom and lounge and the second bedroom and lounge have ceiling fans. The lounge has a 55inch 4k smart TV with a streaming app via a firestick providing hundreds of TV channels in different languages and thousands of movies and series. All English TV channels are available including Sky sports and movies and TNT sports. There is a selection of books to read and games to play. There is a computer desk with monitor, keyboard, mouse and Ethernet high speed internet connection. Just bring your own PC. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron for guests to use. There are also beach chairs and a small safe to use free of charge. We have a local English keyholder who provides the meet and greet and post rental cleaning service and is available to assist you during your stay. A charge of 95 Euros is payable in cash upon arrival for this service. We enjoy our time in our little piece of paradise and hope you will do too.

The property is a 5 minute drive, or 1.5 mile walk from the renown Villamartin Plaza and equally popular La Fuente Centre. It has its own local El Galen center which is 5-10 minute walk from the property where there are a variety of English, Spanish, Irish and international bars and restaurant's and a small supermarket and car hire firms. The nearest beach is 3.3 miles away and is a 10 minute drive, it is also reachable by the local bus service which stops at the El Galan Centre but the service is dependent upon the time of year. The La Zenia Boulevard is a 15 minute drive away which offers a vast range of shops, a food court and a casino. If you fancy a day out then Torrevieja town is a 25 minute drive away whilst the cities of Alicante, Cartagena and Murcia are easily reachable in under an hour by car. There is also now a high speed train service from Alicante to Madrid which we understand takes approximately 2 hours. The area is a mecca for golf enthusiasts with 4 top class courses within a 5 minute drive with several others within a 15-20 minutes drive. The world renown resort of La Manga with its 3 courses is a 30 minutes drive. A pull golf trolley is provided for your use. Myself and my wife are keen golfers and we play with various local societies.
