This 2-storey property consists of a living room, a fully-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a portable fan and a ceiling fan, 5 bedrooms equipped with air conditioning and heating, and 3 bathrooms and can therefore accommodate 9 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning, a fan as well as a washing machine. In addition, a table tennis table is available for your use. 3 high chairs and 3 baby cots are also available. The villa boasts a private outdoor area with a pool (open between the months of May and September), a garden, an open terrace, a covered terrace, 2 balconies, a barbecue, and an outdoor shower. Enjoy relaxing views over the sea and the nearby mountains while preparing a healthy meal for your loved ones! 3 parking spaces are available on the property. The pool can only be accessed via a staircase. Pets and parties are not allowed. Smoking inside the property is forbidden. Bringing indoor furniture outside the house is also forbidden. For booking of 6 people or less, only 3 bedrooms will be available, the other 2 will remain closed. Wi-Fi is suitable for video calls. Beach/pool towels are provided. Please note that there may be governmental water regulations in place at the time of your visit, which may impact the use of the pool, garden watering or limit tap water usage.
