On the main floor we have a spacious and sunny living room with 2 TV sofas and a lounger where you can read while you sunbathe. Next, we access the dining room with a huge solid wood table. There is also a small writing desk. On this floor we have a complete bathroom with a shower and a bedroom with a double bed (150x200cm) with en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. Next to the living room, going down three steps, we have a magnificent fully equipped kitchen with a 90cm oven that will delight cooks. The whole house has details of noble wood that give a very rustic touch while making the house warmer, of course the house is fully equipped with air conditioning in all rooms and living room. On the upper floor we have 2 double rooms. One with a double bed (150x200 cm) and a small private terrace and the other with two single beds (90x200cm). These two rooms share a full bathroom with a bathtub. Outside area It is perfectly designed to make the most of the area, both during the day in the pool (4.5x3.5 m), lying in the hammocks, sunbathing or under the umbrellas, or playing ping pong. And in the afternoon/evening, enjoy the covered outdoor dining area with a beautiful and huge granite table next to the Barbecue area, prepared with all the utensils, a sink, and most importantly a fridge in which to have all the cold drinks to be able to enjoy meals in the open air or in the pool or sunbathing.
