This Villa of three floors is ideal for families and friends who seek tranquility and nature. Huge infinity pool XL 10 * 5 meters. The house is located in a coastal and residential area with a magnificent view of Sitges. The villa has 350 m2 and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + outdoor shower, which are distributed over 3 floors. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Payment can be made by Visa credit card (3 % Comsision) or by bank transfer. Refundable damage deposit 7 days after the Check-Out: 1.000 euros. Mandatory fees of our holiday villas in Sitges: tourist tax 1 euro / adult over 16 years old / day for firsr seven days. Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/towels and pool.
