Villa Sitges Loto is a very comfortable villa 15 minutes walk from Sitges centre and from the beach. With magnificent sea views, facing south in the quiet luxury urbanization of Valpined. A modern and high-end Villa. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. Large interior spaces. A free nature, vibrant but appeased, this villa enjoys peace and tranquility in an area away from the hustle and bustle of the world, however, the famous city of Sitges, which is 10 minutes walk. This Villa of three floors is ideal for families and friends who seek tranquility and nature. Huge infinity pool XL 10 * 5 meters. The house is located in a coastal and residential area with a magnificent view of Sitges. The villa has 350 m2 and 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms + outdoor shower, which are distributed over 3 floors. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Payment can be made by Visa credit card (3 % Comsision) or by bank transfer. Refundable damage deposit 7 days after the Check-Out: 1.000 euros. Mandatory fees of our holiday villas in Sitges: tourist tax 1 euro / adult over 16 years old / day for firsr seven days. Each week ends with a cleaning, change of sheets/towels and pool. If 2 weeks are booked, there are 2 cleanings etc. This cleaning costs Euros 275/week In low season from October to March: Stay for 1 month, supplement of Euros 800/month for water, electricity and gas costs depending on actual consumption. Mini Cleaning every 15 days 2 people / 2 hours. For Stay of 1 week or less: House heating/electricity/gas supplement Euros 300/week. From October to March. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms. SPECIAL PRICES PER MONTH IN LOW SEASON: We have very attractive monthly prices in low season for 1 month up to 5 months from November until March. Late arrival: from 8 pm to midnight: Supplement of + Euros 45. Late arrival: from midnight: Supplement of + Euros 70. Late arrival: from midnight: Supplement of + Euros 70.

There is a bus stop 200 meters from the villa if you do not feel like walking, the bus service runs every half an hour.
