VILLA SEA VIEW SWIMMING POOL Welcome to this spectacular villa that will captivate you with its breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. Just 20 min from the airport and 30 min from Barcelona and Tarragona. Located a short 12-minute walk from the beach and the vibrant center of Sitges, you will find a wide selection of bars and restaurants that will invite you to indulge in gastronomic delights. This villa is ideal for families and groups of up to 12 people. With a splendid terrace and a refreshing pool. This exquisite house spans across 260 m2 and features spacious terraces on all floors, along with a fabulous pool surrounded by terraces perfect for family dinners and barbecues. On the first floor, you will find two cozy bedrooms, a full bathroom, and a perfect lounge area for relaxation. The second floor hosts a spacious living room with wifi connectivity, a fully equipped kitchen, and large windows that open up to a wide terrace with panoramic views, as well as an additional bathroom. The third floor offers three bedrooms, including a master suite, two bathrooms, and large windows that open up to a terrace with sea views, allowing you to enjoy the sea breeze and indulge in the surroundings. There is parking space available for one car, as well as additional parking options outside.
We like to travel and to know new places, for this reason I like to receive people from different countries and to feel at home in VILLA SEA VIEW SWIMMING POOL.
Location: The house is 1,5 km from the beaches Sitges and Vilanova. It´s approx. 0,5 km from local shopping . Bus possibilities to Sitges, bus stop 2 min walk from the house. Train station in the city center to go to Barcelona in 30 min. The residential Vallpineda has a tennis club fitness center and a bigger swimming pool just 5 mins walking distance from the house. We do not accept groups of young people, they will be rejected at the entrance No party is held Quiet area and private security
