Private area of 2000 square meters with private garden and pool. The house is very large with 400 square meters of construction on one floor including the terrace and a magnificent porch where you will see the best sunsets and sunrises in the city. 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, pool, barbecue, heating, fireplace... It is very close to Granada Capital (5 km by highway). It is also located in a residential area bordering the countryside and nature. Beautiful views in a quiet and very spacious location. This dream villa is the perfect retreat for anyone looking for a home away from home. Decorated with a rustic and cozy style to make you feel at home; This beautiful Andalusian villa will allow you to enjoy quiet and unforgettable sunsets in its pool and garden just a few minutes from the capital. Sheet and towel service Gel, Shampoo and toilet paper rolls (complimentary) Firewood for the fireplace (a welcome box) Charcoal for the barbecue Fuel for heating schedule set a maximum of 6 hours. The rest will be invoiced in advance as extra. s. More fuel can be supplied upon payment by the customer.
Alfacar is a Spanish town and municipality located in the central-northern part of the Vega de Granada region, in the province of Granada, autonomous community of Andalusia. It borders the municipalities of Víznar, Jun, Pulianas, Güevéjar, Nívar and Huétor Santillán. The Darro River is born in its terminus. The Alfacar municipality is one of the thirty-four entities that make up the Metropolitan Area of Granada, and includes the population centers of Alfacar—municipal capital—and Fuente Grande. The town is known for the prestige of its bread ovens and the entire baking industry that depends on it. It has more than fifty bakeries, including offices and workshops. Since 2006, Alfacar bread has been awarded a PGI protection seal by the European Union. It should be noted that the poet Federico García Lorca died in the municipality of Alfacar, murdered during the Spanish Civil War. Although it is believed that his mortal remains still lie in the place where he was executed.
