The beautiful exterior of this villa has its own private pool (4m x 8m, with a depth ranging from 1m to 1.8m), a covered dining area and sun loungers where you can soak up the Spanish sun. There is also an outdoor barbecue where you can prepare homemade meals. Inside this modern, two-story villa, relax in a rustic yet fashionable living space including a living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen (with a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, Nespresso coffeemaker, and toaster). The ground floor also features one bedroom with one double bed and an ensuite bathroom. On the second floor, take your pick from the four remaining bedrooms with the following bed distribution: (1) one double bed (2) one trundle bed (two single beds) (3) one single bed (4) one double bed with an ensuite bathroom Sizes of the bed are as follows: Single bed - 100x200 cm and Double bed - 130x200 cm. This perfectly located villa is just two kilometers from vital amenities such as a supermarket, bakery, shops, phramacy, and restaurant. The villa is also located on the green of Reus Aigüesverds golf club, making it an ideal getaway for golf lovers! There is space to park one vehicle in the driveway.
