The house has 4 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 7 people, 3 double beds plus a single. It has three bathrooms, two with bath and dining room and a fully fitted kitchen. It has Air Conditioning and Heating. Wi-Fi available throughout the house. The villa has a private garage. Further you can enjoy lazing on the terrace by the pool (4m x 8m). With sun beds so you can relax and sunbath under the beautiful sun of Mallorca.

Neighbourhood information

This villa is situated at Puerto Portals, in the south – west side of the island at 450mts of the beach. It’s not actually that big – you could walk from one end to the other in five minutes – but the point of being here is to sit and enjoy the world as it goes by. With street cafes and restaurants aplenty, you can come here for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and admire the luxury yachts..
