Situated in a tranquil residential area in the town of Marina Manresa the charming Casa Manresa is situated only a few metres from the sea in the bay of Pollença. The fully air-conditioned holiday home is arranged on one level and can accommodate 8 people with a spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one of them en suite). A fire place, 2 satellite TVs, board games and children’s toys provide for entertaining and relaxing holidays in all seasons. The facilities of this child-friendly house also include Wi-Fi, a high chair (on request) and a garage. On the covered terrace with a stunning sea view you can enjoy alfresco barbecue meals. Numerous restaurants and shopping facilities are just a few minutes’ drive or a 10-15-minutes’ walk away and the next beautiful sandy beach is about 5 minutes on foot. Maximum number of Pets: 2.
