The charming Villa la Sort Gran is located in the exclusive area of la Font, a quiet and charming setting at the foot of the Serra de Tramuntana. The property is surrounded by a plot of 15,000 m2. The beautiful beaches of Cala Sant Viçens are only a four-minute drive away, as is Pollença (2 km) and the port of Pollença (3 km). Here you will find a selection of shops, supermarkets such as Lidl and Eroski, as well as numerous restaurants for a culinary experience. The holiday property offers you a breathtaking natural landscape and numerous open and covered terraces. The 10x 5 m2 swimming pool offers fresh cooling on hot summer days. There are also comfortable sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower with toilet. Next to the pool there is a large barbecue with a cosy dining area for family gatherings. This typical Mallorcan stone house is spread over two floors. On the second floor there is a cozy living-dining room with fireplace. Pollença is a beautiful town set at the north of the island in a valley, at about a forty five minute drive from the airport. It's a really charming and quiet place, set at a seven kilometres drive from the wonderful beaches of its own Port. Some of its points of interest are the Calvario steps, the Puig de Maria, the cala San Vicente, ect... It is also important to have in mind the wide range of restaurants and shops, specially around the lively main square and at the sea walk in the port. There is an hour drive to Palma and to other interesting places in the island.
