It has 2 double bedrooms, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, parking space and a spectacular terrace where you can lose your sight while enjoying the sea breeze, right on the seafront and in front of Santa María del Mar beach (blue flag). Surrounded by bars, restaurants, shops and services. A place to enjoy an unforgettable stay. This apartment is one of those accommodations with a special charm that is difficult to describe, it is unique in its location on the seafront, right in the middle, close to everything. It has 1 parking lot included in the basement of the building. First line of the sea, beach 40 meters away, large terrace where you can dine or eat sheltered from the east wind, quality furniture and mattresses, certified cleanliness. We are sure that your stay here will be unbeatable.

ACCOMMODATION RULES: * Upon arrival, a deposit will be charged by block on your credit card, which will be released within 7 days after your departure. *The entry time will be from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., and the departure time is at the latest at 11:00 a.m. If you need to check in after 10pm, YOU MUST PAY A TWENTY EUROS SUPPLEMENT UPON ARRIVAL IN CASH. After 24:00 no check-in will take place, except for reasons of force majeure. * Upon departure, you must leave the kitchen collected, (dishes and utensils washed), air conditioning units turned off and the garbage taken out. Non-compliance implies a supplement to be deducted from the deposit * Forbidden to accommodate more people than declared, make noise between 11pm and 10am or play loud music. Failure to comply would imply the termination of the reservation and loss of the amount and deposit. * If the arrival time previously agreed the day before is delayed by more than 1 hour, a supplement will be charged for each hour of delay.
