South-facing; private. Spectacular sea-view. Views of the bay, the coastal landscape and the local mountain of Jávea, the Montgó. Bordering on the Montgó Nature Park, thereby affording seclusion and tranquillity. Excellent road links and infrastructure connections. A flat plot of land of around 1200m2. 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, distributed on nearly 350m2. Modern estate with large panoramic glass front. Elegant Villa. The complete indoor surface is finished in polished marble (floor) and aged marble (walls of kitchen, toilets and bathrooms). Each floor has its own separate entrance, but there is also an internal staircase. The large garden with outside Kitchen, lots of outside furniture and attractions invites to barbecues and family reunions or a quiet moment listening to the birds. The huge terraces and 10x5m pool provide fun and the opportunity to have a cool drink (in the shade) or get a tan in the sun.
Apart from earning some money, hosting gives us the opportunity to meet interesting people from around the world. We strive to provide a relaxing and enjoyable experience for our guests and we take pride in the fact that a lot of our clients come back and some eventually become friends.
A lot of our clients enjoy the setting of the Villa next to the nature park Montgo, the walking trails to the cliffs and the proximity to the fishing port of Javea.
