Property information

Beautifully decorated 3 bed villa with private swimming pool. Newly fully fitted kitchen , dining table for 6+ people, 50 inch colour TV with mag box (sky) . Outside you will find 6 sun loungers and outside table and chairs for 6 people down stairs with table and chairs on upstairs solarium .Full central heating and air conditioning throughout , this property has just been fully decorated and furnished to a very high standard. Private pool and newly tiled terrace. *Please note that the final cleaning/laundry fee of 160 euros is payable upon arrival*

The Resort Mar Menor Golf Resort is one of POLARIS WORLDS premier resorts with a 18 hole Jack Nicklaus designed course which will challenge all levels of golfers boasting a 5 star Senator Hotel (note this villa is a 5 mins walk from the hotel). Lots of on-site facilities, including Spanish, Italian and Japanese Restaurants, an Irish pub and supermarket. In the summer, you can use the kids club and there are kids discos regularly in the week.
