We also offer additional services to make the holidays of our guests an unforgettable and personalized experience: private paella chef, breakfast cook, supermarket shop, additional cleaning, taxi and airport transfer, boat sailings, ticket shop (of events, museums, futbol games, personal trainer, personal massages, beauty sessions, baby sitter... - We are local people of Sitges: we offer you information about activities and entertainment. - You will dispose of immediate and close attention of our professionals when you need it. - We certify all the villas and their quality and conducted a through check-out. How to book: Weekly Villas send a rental agreement with all details to the guest. Payment : 40% at Booking (maximum 5 days pre-booking), 30% 60 days before check-in and 30% - 30 days before check-in. Payment have to be done by bank transfer to Weekñy Villas. In case of Credit Card Payment a comision of 3 % is aplied. In case of no payment of any of the three payments, the pre-booking is cancelled.

Villa Bianca is a large villa for holidays in Sitges, 40 kms from Barcelona. It has an avant-garde architecture that allows you to enjoy the tranquility of the sea accompanied by a harmonious and modern atmosphere. The inside of the villa has large open and diaphanous spaces. Also, an indoor heated swimming pool (Option 300 euros/Week) and an outdoor swimming pool ideal for the summer. It also has a heated jacuzzi (included with Heated Pool option), where you fan relax and sunbathe on comfortabel loungers. In total the house have 4 floors, connected by an elevator. Inside you can relax in its comfortable chill out areas. The host is commited to the advanced cleaning of the whole villa, following all the sanitary guidelines adapted to the pandemic. Free cancellation service for 48 h. Villa Bianca has a total of 4 bedrooms and 11 beds. Ideal for groups. It’s large garden has a barbacue and unique sea views. The villa is perfect to combine indoor and outdoor living. Outside, you can enjoy a great luminosity during the day, swimming pool and barbecue that will make your stay more refreshing and tasty. Inside, its spacious areas will allow you to relax and disconnect. In addition, its location is excellent, as the villa is located 5 minutes drive from the city-center

Urbanization quiet and green. Surrounded by mountains anAlso enjoy stays out of season: Sitges with its micro climate usually offers temperatures of 20 to 22º at noon from November to March. It is ideal for getaways of 3, 4, 5 dayd with many paths to walk through vineyards. As mentioned before, its location is excellent, as the villa is located 5 minutes drive from the center of Sitges and 5 minutes drive from the beach. During the low season months, we offer stays of 3, 4, 5 and 6 days, check rates. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION : Payment can be made by Visa credit card (Comission 3% or by bank transfer (No Costs) Refundable damage deposit 7 days after the Check-Out: 1.500 euros. Mandatory fees of our holiday villas in Sitges: tourist tax 1 euros / adult over 16 years old / day Check-in between 17:00h and 20:00h on Saturday. Check-out at 12:00h on Saturday. Housekeeping/Final Cleaning/Sheets and Towels for Pool and Bath: 450 euros Late checkin: After 20:00 until 24:00 -> 45 euros After 00:00 -> 70 euros. From November to April, both months included, there is an additional weekly charge for heating and electricity consumption 250 euros. There is air conditioning in all bedrooms.
