Please specify availability, cost and hours upon prior request. DEPOSIT Upon arrival guests pay 500,00 euros by bank card for the deposit. It is refunded within 7 days since check-out if the house is in agreed conditions. PRIOR REQUEST - Transfer service is arranged for extra fee 72 hours beforehand. - Baby cot and high chair are provided free of charge. - Second baby cot and high chair if available 20,00 euros/day. - Extra bed if available: 30,00 euros/day. All additional amounts paid to the agency upon arrival. TOURISM TAX Since July 2016 local authorities established tourism tax (ecotax): - 2,20 euros / person / night for the first 8 days. All following days 1,10 euros / person / night. Not applicable to children under 16 years old. - It is mandatory for all tourists in Mallorca to be registered in National Police Portal.
