PREDETERMINED DAMAGE COSTS AND EXTRA FEES • Not approved Late Check-out after 11am: 100EUR • Lost keys or damage to entry lock: 250.00EUR (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125EUR. • Damage to keys set: 50EUR • Smoke in the apartment: 200.00EUR The guest must respect the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. The main floor is composed of three bedrooms with two bathrooms; The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom; The spacious and modern living room with a dining area leading to a covered terrace leading onto the garden and the swimming-pool The Top floor comprises 2 bedrooms with two bunks beds with one bathroom and an upper terrace. The fully equipped kitchen and a second dining and living area. BEDROOM & BATHROOM Bedroom 1 (Master bedroom) – Brand new king-size bed (180 x 200 cm), walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, stand-alone rain shower. Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom Bedroom 3 – Queen-size bed (150 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom. Bedroom 4 – Two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom Bedroom 5 – Two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and shared bathroom Small pets allowed (Only up to 10 kg for 10 EUR per day) heating pool – 40E / per day
