Impressive and unique holiday home located on a cliff overlooking the sea, with a large window that opens and turns into a balcony to breathe the sea breeze and feel the lapping of the waves, while you can enjoy wonderful sunrises and unrepeatable sunsets. A magical place, carefully decorated and stylish, where you can feel the strength and beauty of the Atlantic. Very close to several little frequented beaches such as Playa del Pirata and also close to the well-known Playa de San Agustín. It has iron, internet access (wifi), hairdryer, air conditioning, communal swimming pool, 2 ceiling fans, 1 TV, radio. In the induction open plan kitchen, refrigerator, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster, kettle and juicer are provided. It is only five minutes by taxi from the world famous shopping centre Yumbo, 45 m from the rocky beach "Playa del Pirata", 50 m from the sandy beach "Playa del Pirata", 400 m from the restaurant "Balcón de San Agustín", 450 m from the restaurant "El Capitán", 1 km from the bus station "Parada de autobús, Clinica roca", 2 km from the supermarket "Spar San Agustín", 7 km from the amusement park "Holiday World Maspalomas", 7 km from the nature park "Reserva Natural de las Dunas de Maspalomas", 10 km from the water park "Aqualand Maspalomas", 10 km from the golf course "Campo de Golf Maspalomas", 27 km from the airport "Aeropuerto de Gran Canaria", 30 km from the town "Pueblo de Mogán". PLEASE NOTE THAT THE ACCESS TO THE AGUILA BEACH WILL BE CLOSED DUE TO AN UPGRADE.
