Once the client has made the reservation in the accommodation, they must contact the owner to sign the rental contract, as well as to provide a copy of the ID on both sides of all the adults who are going to stay in the establishment .

In case of not receiving the signed contract and the rest of the requested documentation, the owner reserves the right to unilaterally cancel the reservation.

The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation for groups under 30 years of age, in order to prevent irresponsible behavior, inconvenience and possible damage.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.

This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company at the number on the booking confirmation.

Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

A damage deposit of € 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property.
