Private owned one bedroom apartments. (60sq m,size of a two bedrooms) on a luxury new modern complex.Sleep up to 6 people.We take more that 7 people by request. The complex were rated 3 STARS PLUS (3***+) by THOMSON Holidays.This apartment have a superior standarts and quality.Save 60% over Thomson (Skytours)holidays and First Choice.(Not available with them for 2017/18 season). SKY SATELLITE TV DIGITAL BOX.english tv channels(BBC,ITV,Channel 4,E4,Sports,Movies+many more).LARGE FLAT TV. SAFE-DEPOSIT BOX(From only 5 euros).(WI-FI from 10 euros only). Thesse apartments have the bigest swimming pool of all the hotels and apartments of Benidorm.And one of the more beautifull urbanitations of Benidorm.The complex have 4 buildings(nearly 400 apartments: Vacanza Building,Tower Montecarlo,Tower Monaco and San Marino Building)Full a square of streets. Caribbean style swimming pool. Kids pool.(supervise by lifeguard). Spa/fitness area:Sauna, Jacuzzi, Gym, squash & tennis courts. The apartment has a big terrace (12 sq metres)sunny all day, with a large garden table and chairs. A beautiful view from the balcony overlooking the swimming pools,ideal for al fresco dining.
The owner is the key holder who lives at the complex, always available during your stay. I take arrivals and departures 24 hours a day,7 days a week.I don't charge supplements like other companys for late arrivals or departures even throught the night.On arrival i meet you just outside the complex then take you into the apartment and provide any information you need.Great for familys wich are first time in Benidorm.I am also available for anything you need during your stay.My phone is 24 hours available for any emergency.
Complex is at only 5 minutes walk from the main british area of bars and restaurants.Between 5 to 15 minutes walk from main night clubs area.British and spanish bars and restaurants on same street of the apartments. Situated at the must popular beach of Benidorm (LEVANTE BEACH) Near bars, pubs, clubs, restaurants, in site and outside markets,etc. The beach(LEVANTE BEACH) is at only 300 metres of distance(4 minutes walk),and a Macdonals,and a Burger King; and a KFC on the street of the apartments: Londres street(London st). Just next to the prestigious hotel PALM BEACH,and near the must popular hotels (FLAMINGO OASIS, MELIA, LEVANTE CLUB, DYNASTIC, PELICANOS, REGENTE,PORT BENIDORM,etc...) Supermarkets, shops and bars just next to the complex. Just next to the complex there is a supermarket,bus stop,farmacy,etc.On the same street you get shops,bars.restaurants,(spanish and british),etc. At 15/20 minutes walk there is the bigest Water Park of Europe(Aqualandia) and Mundomar(Park of exotic animals with a fantastic show with Dolphins),etc.Situated at walking distance from: AQUALANDIA,MUNDOMAR,BENIDORM PALACE,Indoor market BUS STOP just outsite the complex runs to the old town.
