Penthouse de nueva construcción y altas calidades (fin de obra 2023), ubicado en Triana, el barrio de moda y tradición, una de las mejores zonas de Sevilla. Ofrece todos los servicios top para una estancia perfecta. Destaca por su grandiosa terraza, de 40 metros, con distintos ambientes y vistas panorámicas sobre la ciudad de Sevilla. Dispone de una terraza propia de uso exclusivo. La terraza es accesible tanto desde el salón como desde sus dos dormitorios. El salón, de gran amplitud y luminosidad, tiene grandes ventanales de cierre hermético. Dispone de dos ambientes, uno con un sofá de alta gama y otro con una mesa de comedor de mármol. El penthouse cuenta con dos dormitorios, todos muy amplios y con camas de alta gama. En el principal encontrará una cama de tamaño “queen” (180 cm) con dos armarios empotrados.
