Spectacular flat located on the 6th floor, completely refurbished and furnished, with modern and contemporary decoration. It consists of 2 bedrooms (one of them exterior and with sea views) with ceiling fans, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, spacious living-dining room with comfortable sofa-bed and large terrace with awning and sea views. The flat also has air conditioning in the living room. The building is located on the front line of Velilla Beach. It is complemented by a small swimming pool (open from 16/06 to 15/09) and a tennis court. Along the beach of Velilla you can find all kinds of shops: restaurants, beach bars, pharmacy, butcher, fishmonger, small supermarkets... Option of contracting WIFI in the flat (PAYMENT). Option of parking space (PAYMENT). Pets are not allowed. The Reception Office is located in PASEO DE VELILLA Nº15. Our opening hours are from 10:00 to 14:00 and from 17:00 to 20:00. Weekends from 10:00 to 13:00.

The apartment is infront the sea has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity. Velilla in Almuñecar Costa is located on the Tropical Coast of Granada at the foot of Sierra Lújar, with a large stretch of coastline, its ideal beaches for the enjoyment of nautical sports, are recognized by the 'Q Quality Certificate' Awards, all this makes they are one of the most visited beaches in summer season and one of the safest for bathing. Velilla has various facilities that will enliven the stay of adults and children with a wide range of cultural and leisure activities organized by the town hall.
